Riot Fest, the longtime Chicago music festival that focuses on punk and rock, has unveiled its 2025 lineup. Blink-182, Weezer, and Green Day will headline, with Jack White, Idles, and a Frank Carter-led Sex Pistols topping the bill. The festival returns to Douglass Park from September 19-21. Check out the poster below.
The 2025 lineup includes dozens of artists: the Pogues, Rilo Kiley, Jawbreaker, Idles, Alkaline Trio, the Beach Boys, “Weird Al” Yankovic, Sparks, Knocked Loose, Bad Religion, the Damned, the Hold Steady, the Wonder Years, Texas Is the Reason, Dropkick Murphys, Ovlov, Panchiko, Buzzcocks, the Linda Lindas, Dehd, Militarie Gun, Citizen, Superchunk, Touché Amoré, Helmet, Lambrini Girls, Agnostic Front, Samiam, and Shonen Knife, among many more.
This year marks the 20th anniversary of Riot Fest, and billing suggests a lot of returns from some of their previous headliners and favorite acts. No full album performances have been announced yet, but previous editions of the festival have boasted special sets from a handful of artists each year.
