Megan Moroney gets a lift from Ed Sheeran (on the song “I Only Miss You”) and Kacey Musgraves (on “Bells & Whistles”) on her upcoming album, Cloud 9, which will be released Feb. 20 by Sony Music Nashville/Columbia. The artist broke the news in a video to fans, which can be seen below.
The 15-track set includes previously released hits “6 Months Later” and “Beautiful Things,” as well as the viral fan favorite “Wedding Dress,” which she had only shared on social media. Moroney also co-produced the latter song and “Table for Two.”
“It’s written from a perspective where my feet are really planted, and I feel really confident with where I’m at in my life and who’s around me,” Moroney told PEOPLE of Cloud 9 in a recent interview. “It’s the most excited I’ve been about an album release so far.”
Cloud 9 is the follow-up to 2024’s Am I Okay?, which reached No. 9 on the Billboard 200 and No. 3 on the Country Albums roundup. Moroney will support it with a 49-date international headlining tour, the U.S. leg of which has already sold more than 450,000 tickets. Click here for details.
