Jason Kelce is coming out of newborn hibernation.

The 37-year-old father of four welcomed his daughter Finnley “Finn” Anne Kelce with wife Kylie Kelce on March 30, and says he’s been keeping a low profile ever since.

“I was out of the house recently,” he shared on the Wednesday, May 21 episode of his and brother Travis Kelce’s New Heights podcast.

“I was not out of the house at all for like a month or two right after the season with a new baby and everything. But we’re getting back out there now. We’re having some fun.”

While he’s “getting out,” Kelce is still spending plenty of time with his family. The family attended the 8th Annual Eagles Autism Challenge, supporting a cause championed by Kylie.

At the event, the couple’s third daughter, Bennett or “Benny,” 2, had a more successful meeting with the Philadelphia Eagles’ mascot, Swoop, than previous occassons.

“Last year she was a little unsure of the mascot Swoop,” Jason explained. “This year, still a little bit unsure of Swoop, but definitely less unsure of Swoop. So we’re making progress.”

Jason, who is also dad to daughters Wyatt, 5, and Elliotte, 4, has been focusing on his fitness lately. He participated in the Eagles Autism Challenge bike ride, sharing, “[I] came in with a very respectable time. I don’t know what it was, but it was towards the top. I was very happy with myself.”

The event raised over $10 million for the Eagles Autism Foundation and had more than 7,000 participants.

Earlier this month, Jason spoke with PEOPLE on the red carpet at the Amazon Upfront event in New York City and was asked how his older daughters are adjusting to becoming older siblings to their baby sister Finnley.

“They’re getting there. I think the older two right away,” Jason said. “They love trying to…They like being like mom, and they like being around the newborn.”

“Our youngest, Benny, she took some warming up, but she’s starting to get there, so that’s been good,” added Jason.
