Taylor Swift and boyfriend Travis Kelce just hit a major relationship milestone, taking home their first-ever joint award at the 2025 iHeartRadio Music Awards on Monday, March 17.
The couple won Favorite Surprise Guest for the 35-year-old Kansas City Chiefs tight end’s viral onstage cameo at Swift’s Eras Tour in London last year, but while fans celebrated the win, it was the pop superstar’s choice of accessory during her pre-recorded acceptance speech that sent the internet into a full-blown frenzy — a $9,000 Jacquie Aiche snake necklace.

“The Snake necklace??? GIRL ,” one fan wrote on X (formerly Twitter).
“So Taylor was in fact, wearing a snake necklace last night… that means Reputation TV is definitely imminent and life is worth living once again,” another posted.
“REPUTATION TV IS COMING,” a third chimed in.
Even self-proclaimed “King Swiftie” Flavor Flav joined the speculation, writing, “That necklace tho If ya know ya know.” When a fan joked about his deep knowledge of Swift lore, he doubled down: “They call me KING SWIFTIE for a reason
.”
For those in the dark, snakes became a huge part of Reputation after Kim Kardashian called Swift a “snake” in 2016, sparking massive online backlash. Instead of backing down, the “Cruel Summer” singer embraced the imagery, turning it into the defining symbol of the album.
Now, Reputation (Taylor’s Version) is one of the last albums Swift has left to re-record, and fans are on high alert for clues. (Swift is re-recording her first six albums to take back ownership of her music after the rights to her original recordings were sold without her permission. Instead of buying them back, she’s making new versions — branded as “Taylor’s Version” — so she can control how her songs are used.)
Since the “Bad Blood” hitmaker is known for using fashion to hint at major announcements — like wearing a blue dress before 1989 (Taylor’s Version) — her decision to wear a snake necklace during her iHeartRadio Music Awards speech has Swifties convinced Rep TV is coming soon.
