Diddy was accused of chasing a bleeding assistant out of his home while she begged to change her tampon during disturbing testimony in federal court.
Diddy was accused in federal court Thursday (May 29) of violently ejecting a female assistant from his home while she was bleeding and in need of a tampon, marking one of the most disturbing moments yet in his ongoing sex trafficking trial.
The woman, testifying under the pseudonym “Mia,” described a hostile and abusive work environment during her time as Diddy’s assistant.
She told jurors that the incident began when Diddy ordered her to gather people for a task. When she told him she needed to change her tampon, he became enraged and hurled a bowl of spaghetti at her.
She said she was bleeding through her clothes with blood running down her leg when he screamed at her to leave, chased her out of the house barefoot and forced her to hide in a bush before she fled to a hotel.
Later in the afternoon, she provided more context for the incidents. Mia said Diddy once threw a computer at her head inside a trailer while Swizz Beatz was present.
The incident unfolded after she informed him that the Wi-Fi issue was being addressed. She recalled joking that she’d need to call Bill Gates, which allegedly triggered Diddy to throw the device at her, narrowly missing her head.
She also testified about an incident in Turks and Caicos, where she said Diddy dumped a bucket of ice on her while screaming. When she tried to retrieve her phone, fearing he would read private messages about his erratic behavior, she said he threw her into a pool.
Another confrontation allegedly took place at the offices of Revolt TV.
Mia said Diddy grabbed her phone and locked himself in a bathroom. When she tried to get it back, he slammed the door on her arm multiple times, leaving her with bruises.
She told the court that after these incidents, she was suspended without pay at Diddy’s request.
She also recounted a moment when he claimed to have sent compromising photos of her to his own phone, which she interpreted as a form of intimidation. She said she knew he was lying because no such photos existed.
Diddy has pleaded not guilty to federal charges, including sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy. If convicted, he could face life in prison.
Testimony in the trial continues.
