Haack will keep her Newport Beach property, which is listed as her primary residence and where she lives with her kids. The mother of three was also granted the Tennessee farmhouse where Christina in the Country was filmed.
The Tennessee home is where Josh was legally allowed to stay temporarily after their split.
Haack shares daughter Taylor, 14, and son Brayden El Moussa, 10, with her first husband Tarek El Moussa. She is also a mom to son Hudson London Anstead, 5, whom she shares with her second husband, Ant Anstead.
She and Hall did not have any children together.
Court documents list their date of marriage as Oct. 6, 2021. At the time, she and Hall quietly wed in California with TMZ reporting in April 2022 that the pair had gotten married “sometime over the last six months.”
Hall filed for divorce from Haack in July 2024, citing “irreconcilable differences” and requesting spousal support.

During a Feb. 26 episode of HGTV’s The Flip Off, Haack reflected on her marriage to Hall with some choice words.
“Honestly, if I would’ve really understood the repercussions of all of this, I would’ve gotten a prenup or I would’ve never married him,” she said at the time.
A different episode from her show that same month saw Haack claiming that Hall “asked for $3.5 million from me” as their divorce dragged on.

Hall has since also shared his point of view on their marriage, including the lessons he’s learned from his split with Haack.
In a post shared to social media on Thursday after their divorce was finalized, Hall referred to himself as “legally divorced and a free man.”
“I’ve always worked hard, kept what’s mine, and declined hand outs, and I’m keeping it that way. Lesson learned: don’t marry someone who needs constant public validation and will use your personal drama for attention,” his Instagram post concluded.
