Chappell Roan doesn’t just sing about love — she is experiencing it right now.
The “Pink Pony Club” singer, 27, recently appeared on the Tuesday, March 25 episode of Call Her Daddy, where she admitted she was in a relationship. Alex Cooper, the host of the podcast, asked the songstress if she was single or if she was seeing someone and said, “I’m assuming you’re single right now,” before she asked, “Wait. Are you single?”

Roan then shook her head with a smile on her face before she replied to the host’s question and revealed that she had been seeing someone for “six months.” Cooper, 30, referenced the pop star’s song and asked her if her relationship was “casual,” to which she replied, “No. It’s serious. I’m very in love.”
The Grammy Award-winning artist went on to explain that she met her current partner through a mutual friend and noted, “I’m dating the same person that I was dating before it blew up.” She also told the listeners of the podcast, “I’m not sure how I would date now. I think it would actually be a nightmare. I think I would be, like, so f***ing single right now.”
The Missouri native may be in a relationship at the moment, but she is still telling her fans to “stop dating” and to “have a great time alone. Find out for yourself if you can 100% be okay alone before you date.” She continued, “That’s what I found out. I had a great time when I was single. And I know that I will be okay. And now I have an awesome time that I’m with someone.”
