Yung Filly is facing two more sexual assault charges in Australia tied to a 2024 hotel incident, adding to a growing list of legal troubles worldwide.
Yung Filly is now facing two additional charges of sexual penetration without consent in Australia, bringing the total number of sexual assault allegations against the British YouTuber and rapper to six.
The latest charges stem from the same alleged incident on September 28, 2024, in a hotel room in Hillarys, a coastal suburb of Perth.
Prosecutors say the woman, who is in her 20s, was assaulted after Yung Filly performed at a local event earlier that evening. No plea has been entered for the new charges, which were filed this week.
He previously pleaded not guilty on March 11, 2025, to four counts of sexual penetration without consent, three counts of assault occasioning bodily harm and one count of strangulation.
Yung Filly, whose real name is Andrés Felipe Valencia Barrientos, remains free on bail under strict conditions. He posted a $65,000 bond, must stay within Western Australia and is required to check in regularly with law enforcement.
The 28-year-old entertainer is also under investigation in Spain for a separate alleged assault involving a British tourist.
According to the Daily Mail, the woman claimed she was assaulted by Yung Filly in a Magaluf hotel room after he allegedly touched her inappropriately at a nightclub.
She reported the incident to police in the United Kingdom after returning home from her vacation.
His next court appearance in the Australian case is tied to the trial start date on Monday, July 20, 2026.
