Method Man is bringing his TICAL cannabis seeds to Europe, expanding his weed brand into a global player in the marijuana market.
Method Man is taking his cannabis brand global, launching a European expansion of TICAL through a new partnership with online retailer Zamnesia to distribute eight premium marijuana seed strains across the continent.
“I don’t put my name on just anything. These TICAL seeds? Handpicked, perfected, and ready to rep real flavor across borders. Big love to Zamnesia…for showing up and showing love,” said Method Man in a statement announcing the collaboration.
The deal marks a major move for TICAL—short for “Taking Into Consideration All Lives”—which Method Man named after his 1994 debut solo album. That album, released under Def Jam, debuted at No. 4 on the Billboard 200 and helped cement the Wu-Tang Clan member’s solo career.
Now, three decades later, the rapper-turned-entrepreneur is pushing his cannabis vision overseas.
Zamnesia, a Netherlands-based e-commerce platform known for its cannabis and psychedelic products, will be the exclusive distributor of the TICAL seed line in both the U.S. and Europe.
The rollout includes eight strains personally selected by Method Man with names like Shaolin Spritzer, Method Mac, Sweet Morning Mimosa and 24K Gold Fangs.
The campaign will tap into Zamnesia’s network of over 350,000 cannabis customers and Method Man’s global reach, blending celebrity influence with cultivation expertise.
According to CNN, the European cannabis market is expected to grow rapidly as legalization efforts continue across several countries.
This summer, TICAL and Zamnesia will release a limited-edition strain with collector’s packaging aimed at longtime cannabis connoisseurs.
U.S. buyers can find the full TICAL seed lineup at zamnesia.com/us.
