Doja Cat is keeping fans abreast of her plastic surgery journey.
On Saturday, May 10, the Grammy-winning rapper showed tons of skin at iHeartRadio’s 102.7 KIIS FM Wango Tango music festival.
For the event, she wore a slinky chainmail minidress with an extremely low neckline that displayed more than just a hint of cleavage, causing most of the attention to go to her chest, which appeared to be lopsided.
Following the outing, the “Agora Hills” artist, 29, took to X to address the look of her bosom, revealing a surgical mishap that she hasn’t mentioned in the past.
“Don’t clock my contracted implant it’s all I ask,” she wrote in a post shared on May 11.

Doja Cat’s condition is also known as capsular contracture, which is when the body forms a barrier of scar tissue around a foreign object like implants, states the American Society for Plastic Surgeons website. While the healing process can be beneficial in securing the implant in place, the scar tissue can also harden and contract around the insert, causing difficulties in regards to aesthetics — as well as pain — per the site.
When Doja Cat got her implants has not been revealed. In March 2023, she underwent liposuction (which she made sure was not mistaken for a fat transfer procedure, as she corrected a fan who assumed as such) and a breast reduction to a size 32C. At the time, she had confirmed the latter when a fan speculated that she made her beast size bigger.
Days later, she clapped back at criticism on her nip and tuck, writing on X, “Eat my long quiet and warm farts.”

Before her skin-baring appearance in Huntington, Calif., over the weekend, Doja Cat attended the 2025 Met Gala in New York City with her upper half covered.
For the starry May 5 event, she wore an hourglass-shaped Marc Jacobs blazer bodysuit with sparkly pinstripe and leopard-print details. To contrast with the voluminous silhouette of the one-piece, Doja Cat went pantless, giving the business-forward ensemble a risqué spin.
