Botched star Dr. Terry Dubrow is ready to showcase his latest knowledge about the weight-loss drug, Ozempic, and its effects on the penis.
“There’s a new Ozempic-related disorder,” Terry, 67, shared on the Monday, November 24 episode of iHeartRadio’s “Between Us” podcast. “Ozempic penis. It is a thing.”
While his wife and cohost, Heather Dubrow, had no idea what it was, she tried to guess that it must be related to having “trouble getting hard.”
Spoiler alert: The Real Housewives of Orange County star may want to guess again.
“So what happens when you gain a lot of weight to the exposure of the penis?” Terry asked his wife. “It’s kind of a buried penis syndrome. You hear of the very, very obese men. They haven’t seen their penis in a long time because the pubic area is so chunky.”
After using Ozempic, Terry claimed some patients have a penis that “looks bigger.”
“Men, I want to inform you, Ozempic penis is a thing, and it’s good,” he said. “There’s more show. You’re not more of a grower, but you’re definitely more of a shower with Ozempic penis, so congratulations.”
After Terry’s findings, Heather, 56, joked that men “are going to now be rushing to get Ozempic because it’s gonna make their penis look bigger.”

The mother of four also questioned why some women have negative side effects while some men can seemingly receive more benefits than just weight loss. (In a previous segment, both Heather and Terry discussed Ozempic vulva, or changes that can occur in a woman’s vulvar area after rapid or significant weight loss.)
“Isn’t that so typical that for women it sucks and for men it’s a bonus,” she asked. “That is so typical. So women on Ozempic get screwed and men on Ozempic get a bigger looking penis.”
Terry has been open about trying out the weight loss drug for himself. In January 2024, the plastic surgeon said he gave Ozempic a shot.
“I thought it was amazing. I didn’t have that much weight to lose,” he told Page Six at the time. “But I wanted to try it because so many of my patients were on it and I wanted to see what it was like when you’re not diabetic and you only have 10-15 pounds to lose.”
Although he supports the medication, he didn’t think the side effects were worth the reward. In addition to feeling nauseous, the Botched Presents: Plastic Surgery Rewind star also lost interest in food.
“I thought, ‘You know what, I kind of want to get my appetite back,” he explained. “The holidays are coming, I want to enjoy myself.’”

During the latest episode of the “Between Us” podcast, Heather joked that she hasn’t been focusing too much on some of her husband’s body parts. After their latest conversation, perhaps that will change.
“I really haven’t been paying close attention since you’re on Manjoro,” she said. “I better have a look tonight.”
Terry replied, “You can have a look. It’s pretty impressive by the way. … The more you know, the more you show.”
