Tori Spelling Says Ex Dean McDermott Called Her By Another Name During Sex

Tori Spelling made ex-husband Dean McDermott’s dream come true after he called her by her Beverly Hills, 90210 character’s name, Donna Martin, during sex.

“Dean, my ex, when we met, he was telling me that he had a big crush on me,” she said on a July 2025 episode of her MisSpelling podcast. “He would always have his hockey game with all his buddies on Wednesday night, and he would always get out of there early. They’d be in the locker room, ‘You gotta go home and see your girlfriend.'”

Dean wasn’t fazed by his teammates’ teasing, with Tori recalling, “He was like, ‘Yeah. No shame. I’m going home. I’m a guy. I’m watching 90210.”

And it seems his crush on her character didn’t fade.

“I always thought I was like, ‘Are you just making that up to get with me?’ But, no. At some point during one of our sessions, during sex, he said, ‘Oh, my little Donna Martin,'” she recalled. “I might have giggled back like Donna.”
