Naomi Watts is wishing Billy Crudup a happy birthday — and sealing it with a kiss.
Celebrating the milestone of Crudup’s 57th trip around the sun on Tuesday, July 8, Watts posted sweet selfies on her Instagram of herself and her husband.
In the first photo, the actress, 56, is planting a kiss on Crudup’s cheek as he smiles on a beach. In the second, the couple are in summer mode, smiling at the camera in hats under the bright sun.
“Happy birthday Husband love you so so much ♥️🎂🍾💥” Watts captioned her celebratory post.

After meeting on their Netflix series Gypsy, Watts and Crudup began dating in 2017 and tied the knot in June 2023. A year after their New York City courthouse wedding, they threw a second, more star-studded ceremony in Mexico City.

The Feud: Capote vs. The Swans star shares two kids, Kai and Sasha, with ex Liev Schreiber. Crudup shares son William Parker with ex Mary-Louise Parker. Watts has offered glimpses of their blended families, including festive vacations to the likes of Barbados in January.
Crudup will reprise his role on The Morning Show in the Apple TV+ drama’s fourth season, premiering Sept. 17, and will appear in Noah Baumbach’s Jay Kelly, in theaters Nov. 14.
Among Watts’ upcoming screen projects are two Ryan Murphy TV dramas: All’s Fair, premiering in the fall, and American Love Story, in which she’ll play Jackie Kennedy.
